Buying EA Play or EA Play Pro - Stuck in "Processing" State Since June 24, 2024

I bought an EA PLAY PRO membership and it hasn't been activated for almost a week. This is ridiculous. The support team is not solving this problem. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

I purchased ea play pro membership on 21.06.2024. Although the fee was withdrawn from my bank account, the membership was not transferred to my ea account. When I check my past orders, it appears that my order has been processed for 2 days.
