Buying EA Play or EA Play Pro - Stuck in "Processing" State Since June 24, 2024

I bought an EA PLAY PRO membership and it hasn't been activated for almost a week. This is ridiculous. The support team is not solving this problem. CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    If you're submitting an email case, live support will review this and get back to you as quickly as possible. If you're trying to contact through live chat and the chat isn't connecting, you can try these steps:

    • Press F5 to refresh the page
    • Clear your browser's cache
    • Try a private browsing window
    • Try another browser, like Chrome or Edge

Paid for EA play PRO yesterday morning, Member ship said it will be active July 1970 nice one ea. Didn't think it had went through so went to buy again same message came up. Been charged twice still havn't got EA play PRO as its still "processing". However I went on to FC24 on shop ad ons and baught some FC points and it went through straightaway no problem lol nice company.

I have the same problem since I purchased it on friday. They already charged me in the 2nd payment, but the first one is still processing and so is my membership on this account.
