If you're submitting an email case, live support will review this and get back to you as quickly as possible. If you're trying to contact through live chat and the chat isn't connecting, you can try these steps:
- Press F5 to refresh the page
- Clear your browser's cache
- Try a private browsing window
- Try another browser, like Chrome or Edge

This problem is still ongoing! You are sitting on 85€ from me for a whole month now and all your support ist saying is "please be patient"! WHAT THE *?! Still multiple subscriptions in the "processing" state, and still no refund!!!!!! What kind of joke company are you?!
