We simply cannot look at any account issues or anything that requires account verification. Did the team ask you to raise a bug report here?
If you cannot verify account ownership then there is nothing our team can do to grant you access to or make changes to an account.

I have contacted them twice and both times been told to post here. I told them it made no sense as they are surely the ones with more capabilities to make changes to my account. I wish I could just get a refund for Fifa and never use an EA product ever again.
