I'm really suffering from this situation

I have been using an EA Play subscription for years.

 On the 20th of the month, they wanted to charge me for an annual fee of 999 TL.

 I didn't have any money on my card at the time. I later loaded the balance to my card

, but I can't renew the membership at the same price. I even have no option.

 I spoke with the customer representative. He didn't care enough about me and hung up the live chat on me. This situation upset me a lot. I want to make my 999 TL payment. I have the receipt and evidence. I can't enter the games. Please help.
