Can EA play subscription be transferred from my PS4 to new PS5?

I wanted to buy annual EA play subscription on my PS4, but since I am planning on buying PS5 in the next 5-6 months I am wondering if I can use that same subscription on PS5 too, or I must buy a new one again?
I would be using the same account of course.
My second question is does EA play in Germany has language option for English for games on EA play or it might happen that only German is available? I moved to Germany recently but do not want to play games with German audio... I saw this was discussed, but it was a long time ago.

If you're using the same account, then your EA Play subscription will carry over. It's platform specific in the sense that it's for PlayStation, not specifically PS4 or PS5.
The German versions of our games should have English as an option too. So that shouldn't be an issue.
