can i link my EA account to Steam to use EA Play subscription?

I wanted to buy F1 2021 on Steam and i saw that you can get it for free if you have EA Play. How can i link my EA Account to steam to use the EA Play subscription that i got from Xbox Game Pass?

@FranceezTV1 To confirm the EA Play subscription is platform-specific, with different titles available depending on the platform you play on. If you have EA Play via Xbox Game pass, you will not be able to access the subscription on Steam.
