Can i link my ea play pro from pc to ps5?

I want to buy ea play pro to play the games on console. I have seen a few EA workers saying i can link them by buying the base subscription on the console but i want a full explanation as im not entirely sure how it works

    EA Play Pro is the subscription service for PC. EA Play is the subscription service for console. Subscribing to one does not give you access to the other. You would need to subscribe to EA Play to get access to that library of games on PS5.

    As an example: I played Sims 4 two years ago on PS4/PS5 and then switched to a PC. Can I play the game and all the expansions I bought on PlayStation on my PC?

    @Sivalane 

    Content and progress do not transfer between platforms. Unfortunately, you can't move those expansions from PC to PS5 and vice versa.
