can not activate with my provided EA account

If you're still having any trouble I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you prefer.

Thanks man, though I'm pretty sure I'm using the same email since I can see that in my origin account, EA Play is accessed by XGPU. It is just that BFV is not in my origin library and that's so weird.
