Can we download game if we have ea play plus membership

Can we download and play game if we have ea play us membership and if we want to play offline?

@Boltlinexerox Not all games are offline games. Some require you to be online. If you want to inquire about a specific game, go to the games page in the EA app store, and check the specifications. It will tell you if it needs an online connection.
