EA Play Pro Auto-Renewal - No Notification Received by E-Mail
Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding my EA Play Pro subscription's upcoming renewal. My subscription is set to expire on September 20th.
Based on past experience, I was expecting to receive an email notification around August 20th, informing me about the upcoming auto-renewal and the pending charge to my payment method. However, I have not received this email.
I've recently discovered that I had previously disabled email communications in my EA account's contact preferences, which is likely why the notification was never sent. I re-enabled all communication preferences about a week ago, but I still haven't received any email regarding the renewal.
My main concern is whether my subscription will still auto-renew successfully on September 20th despite the missing notification. I want to make sure my membership continues without any interruption.
Could anyone confirm if this is expected behavior after re-enabling communications? Is there a specific place in my account settings where I can verify that the auto-renewal is still active and scheduled to proceed?
