CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

I have been trying to cancel my EA membership before it goes off.  I'm very lost as to how to do this, its not very clear. The subscription I got was the monthly one with a R90 or $5/$6 initial payme...

    Are you sure you're logged in to the account that has the subscription? If so, please open a case with an advisor by using the 'Contact us' button here. They should be able to get it canceled for you.

    I have. I keep going in circles. I go to the subscription and membership tab, it gives me two options "EA play" and "EA Playtesting". I click on "EA Play" and the only clickable button is 'Learn more'. It doesn't help me cancel the membership. Did you look at the screenshots I provided? The article does not help me in this case.
