Cancel my plan.
Hi, I just cancelled my ea play subscription. It is a 60$ yearly charge. The membership renews at the end of June (30th) of 2027. When I cancelled the membership (today,... on September ninth of TWENTY TWENTY SIX). I was surprised to see a message saying, "Hi Nolan, sure we'll cancel your membership... on June 30th of next year."
If any human beings work for this company... respond. And I really really don't want to read your response if it isn't saying "we're sorry, here is confirmation that your plan has been cancelled before it renews EIGHT MONTHS FROM NOW."
I would tell all my friends not to buy a subscription for a company like yours... but thankfully my friends aren't stupid like me - they didn't buy a subscription for EA. Desperate times call for desperate measures huh?

It sounds like the message you're seeing is that exact confirmation that your EA Play subscription will be canceled rather than renewing. That's just like most any other subscription plan - you'll be able to use the time you've already paid for, and it will not renew once the time runs out.
