Cancelled Xbox Game Pass is still charging for EA Play?
Hello! I purchased GamePass from the Xbox App on PC and got EA Play with it as well. I cancelled GamePass as I wasn't using it as much as I thought, but I have been getting billed for EA Play. I have this account (Which is linked to Microsoft's GamePass) and another account that I've had for years. The main account I use is the other one, and I checked and it isn't currently subscribed to EA Play, so I'm not getting billed there. My bank doesn't say which account or anything that it's being charged from, so I'm assuming it's this one as when I check my EA Play subscription page here it says I have an active membership on Xbox GamePass. Is there something we can do to fix this? Or should I contact Microsoft instead, even though it says that I don't have any active subscriptions on their site?

I would recommend checking your account purchase history and your subscription details with Microsoft support. It would be best to reach out to them directly, as we are unable to assist in managing your Xbox Game Pass subscription from our end.
