Do this - log into your EA account on a browser with your EA log in first. Then go to connections and check to see if your Xbox account is linked.
If it is not, log out and log in with your Xbox account and check to see what EA account it is linked to.
The error code you posted indicates you need to update the EA account. That could be a simple password reset if the correct accounts are linked.
When I logged in to my EA account using my ID I could not see an xbox option in the account connections, so I could not see whether the account was linked or not. When I tried to log in using the xbox button, it says there is already an EA account linked to the address (i used the same email for both the EA and Xbox account). When I get a code sent and use it to login, that is when I get the internal server error message I posted above.
Would there be a way on your end to unlink my Xbox account from any or all EA accounts so I can try it again as if I were trying to link it for the first time? If not, do you have any more suggestions? Thanks so much for your help on this so far

@78spaceman Gotcha. Using the same physical email for multiple accounts doesn't mean you linked the correct accounts. As you don't see that Xbox account connected that would indicate that your Xbox is linked to another EA account.
What you can do is follow the steps on our Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account Article!
