Cannot see my gamertag in connections tab
Hello,
When i link my gamepass and ea accounts, i cannot see xbox connection as shown in attached screenshot. If i try to link my gamepass account to a different ea account, then i can see link xbox account button. And even if i link my accounts, ea play app behaves like i do not have gamepass and i cannot play ea games. I tried to open a case about the subject but i could not. Could you please help?

I contacted with EA live support and they unlinked my old gamertag from my EA account and linked the new gamertag and my problem solved, thank you.
