Cannot upgrade from 10 hour Trial | FIFA 23 not launching EA Play Pro
Had EA Play Basic, downloaded FIFA 23 Trial but couldn't get it to launch ("We couldn't launch your game"). Since i had EA Play Pro in the past, I figured the trial might have been messed up and it could be a bug. In order to fix the bug i upgraded to Pro.
I currently cannot launch the game, if I click on the FIFA 23 Shortcut it says "You don't have access". If i click on the FIFA23_Trial Shortcut or if i press play in EA Play, the game won't launch, with the error "We couldn't launch your game" (The same error when i had EA Play Basic).
After those 2 problems occured i clicked on "Upgrade Edition", which results in a loading page and then does nothing else (Video of the problem : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ct9UMBqTW3ZZZz7uwSC22-iWn81vmVe2/view?usp=sharing).
I've reinstalled EA App and FIFA 23 multiple times, tried resetting the cache, reloading the page, log out and log in.
I've contacted EA Support LiveChat around 4 times, and i did not get it fixed.
This is my last hope to fixing this. Does anybody have any idea how i can get it fixed?
The issue has apparently been fixed. I dont know what fixed it, but the 10 hour trial is just starting up without the need to upgrade.
