Need help unlinking EA PLAY from my steam account

Hello, I want to link my steam account to EA PLAY, but I found that my account is already linked to some mail to which I do not have access, and here I have a question, can I unlink that EA PLAY, from my steam, to link my account, because I want to buy a game in steam, which is linked to EA, but this game will immediately go to the person whose mail is linked to my account. By the way, this is how I already lost access to the game "FIFA 22"

@avgrzwhvq5un If you are unable to log into profile.ea.com and remove the account yourself, you would need to speak with live support so that they can verify ownership of the account with you and have that looked into.

You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

Select the EA App

Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in

You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help

Select Continue without logging in

This should give you the chat/email option

Hello,

My Steam account (rootek) was compromised some time ago. I successfully recovered my Steam account through Steam Support. However, while my account was compromised, it appears that it was linked to an EA account that does not belong to me.

When I try to sign in to EA, I receive a message stating that my Steam account is already linked to the EA account be*****@prefaredemail.com. This is not my email address, and I have never owned or used this EA account.

Because of this, I am unable to access EA games on my Steam account.

I can provide proof that I am the rightful owner of the Steam account, including my purchase history, Steam account details, and any other verification you require.

Please investigate this issue and help me remove the unauthorized EA account from my Steam account so I can link my own EA account.
