Need help unlinking EA PLAY from my steam account
Hello, I want to link my steam account to EA PLAY, but I found that my account is already linked to some mail to which I do not have access, and here I have a question, can I unlink that EA PLAY, from my steam, to link my account, because I want to buy a game in steam, which is linked to EA, but this game will immediately go to the person whose mail is linked to my account. By the way, this is how I already lost access to the game "FIFA 22"
@avgrzwhvq5un If you are unable to log into profile.ea.com and remove the account yourself, you would need to speak with live support so that they can verify ownership of the account with you and have that looked into.
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
