Hello. I recently purchased an EA Play subscription, but it shows that the trial period for FC 27 fırst trıal has already expired—I had actually used up that trial period during a previous subscription. If there is no solution to this, I would like to request a refund. The purchase was made through Epic Games.

You’re right, but that 10-hour limit ran out—meaning the 30-day subscription period passed—so I purchased an EA Play subscription again.

If you've already used up the 10 hour trial, then you'll need to purchase the full game to keep playing. It's mentioned in the FAQ on Epic Games:
Do I get to keep playing the games after the trial period?
Once your trial is complete you’ll need to purchase the game if you’d like to continue playing.
For refunds, you'll need to reach out to the retailer, which in this case would be Epic. They can take a look at that for you.
