cant dowload ea games on gamepass

I tried downloading Madden 23 on the Xbox PC GamePass, but the "Download" button never loaded (see screeenshot). After some looking around I realized the same problem persists across all EA games on ...

    Just updated the Xbox app and I'm still having the same issue, and I haven't seen any solutions for it online either.

      @daftITL Can you log into profile.ea.com with your EA account and go into the connections and let me know if the same Gamertag you play with is linked to the EA account you logged in with? Typically when there is no download button at all through any sub, especially Game Pass or EA Play, you are not entitled correctly or there is a sub issue. This doesn't apply to all situations but we have to make sure that is right first.
