I hope you are doing well. I recently purchased an EA Play subscription by mistake.
I was actually trying to purchase the full game, but I accidentally subscribed to EA Play instead.
Since I am not planning to use the EA Play subscription and it was an honest mistake, I would kindly like to request a refund for this purchase.
I would really appreciate your understanding and support in helping me resolve this issue.
