Can't download full version of f1 2020 with EA Play

I downloaded the game as a demo before it was removed from the Ps Store (ps4) and a few days ago i bought ea play to download f1 2020. As I could not download from the store, I used the library to do...

Fully delete/uninstall the demo and then retry please and thanks.

@EA_Barry I just did it again and the game is still in demo and says purchase the full game. What do I do now?
