Can't download game
I have EA Play and I am trying to download need for speed but it keeps telling me something went wrong and gives me and error code ws-116483-3. Problem connecting with server. How do I fix this

im getting this exact same message when also trying to download need for speed. I’m on PS5. Have tried to download multiple other games available on EA Play which all seem to work fine and Need for Speed is the only one that brings up this message. No issues with network at all.

Hey @marksmith294 this is a PSN side error and something best addressed with their support.
They would know how best to tackle this issue.
