Cant download madden nfl 23
hellos i just subbed to ea play pro earlier today and wanted to try out the newest madden, but it wont download to any of my drives even though they are all working fine and have more then enough space. i even tryed to download a few other games but they downloaded fine. when i try to download madden nfl 23 it just sits on preparing for while before eventually popping up with an error "there was a problem with your download give us a few minutes and then please try again". i have done this a few times now but still no dice. not sure if theres an issue with the game or something else but could use some help if possible 🙂 im on pc using the new ea desktop app on a windows 11 labtop.
Hi @lesskarrwolfe When you have a moment can we trying the following steps first?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then try to install the game
