Can't download NHL 21 for free

Hello, I can't download NHL 21 for free even though it is on the EA Play Hub. When I press on the NHL 21, it sends me to the PSN store, but I have to pay

Try going to playstation.com through a web browser and log into your account. You should be able to download the game from here for free as part of EA Play. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

  Hi. I have a strange issue. I was able to download EA NHL 21. But it systematically crashes within the first minute. Whether i enter the initial settings or not. It just keeps on quiting to my PS5 home page.
  
  Ive deleted it, downloaded a second time, clear the saved data, rebooted my PS5, but the issue remains. I own 3 dozens games, many from EA, but it’s the very first time I experienced this issue.
  
  There is 160 gig available after download. Im out of ideas. Ive contacted EA yesterday, they sent me a link the playstation troubleshooting, and operated all steps.. but still cannot get to play the game. I have just enough time to start a game or training mode, but it quits.
  
  All is properly updated (game and system).
  
  what are my options?
