Can't Download SC3000, Populous: The Beginning, and Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri

This is clearly not acceptable, we pay for a service (PC Gamepass) for which the products are not accessible and we have no response from EA or MS other than "the problem is resolved, there is no has nothing to do with it.” I will personally contact MS and tell them that I am requesting a refund of my month of subscription because the games included are not downloadable. We'll see if MS has more success than our customers in getting EA moving...

It finally let me download the game, but when I open it, ea tells me that it needs more permissions and then tells me to try again later. I've tried running it as an admin and in compatibility mode.

I still have this issue.  The message I get when attempting to download is "there's a problem with your download, something went wrong during your download.  Give us a few minutes, then try again."

I've uninstalled Xbox and ea app's, cleared cache, but still get the same message. 

This game only for pc game pass because nothing Comes up for xbox game pass

This has to do with region restriction. Is not available for steam as well. At least in Italy

The problem is on your side clearly. And if its a region problem, then just let us know, then we dont have to waste our time on here.

I have the same issue. Populous: The Beginning shows in xbox app, but does not show up in EA app. Thinking this might be a region thing. So I also get the 'Content Failed To Load'. My other EA apps in Xbox app works. And I have tried all the clearing cache and repairing etc. Nothing fixes it

Same here, still not fixed (even after 10 months now) and when you contact someone they say this -

And over here they just keep suggesting clearing cache, repairing installations and all that. So this is def going nowhere. Might as well get the game somewhere else
