Cant launch EA Play games through Xbox Game Pass

Hey, Recently bought Xbox game pass for PC. when trying to launch a game thats on EA Play I am getting the below error message. I Have manually linked my Xbox and EA accounts from my EA profile and ...

@SC3E101 I was speaking to them before and they just kept telling me to reset my password. will try speak to another advisor, hopefully helps.

@doubledare1  Again it is something that EA should be able to help you with since it is something that they can handle on there side.

You should also check with an advisor with Xbox to see if they know anything.
