Cant open a new support case. Taking my money and need help

I have been an EA Play member for ages, but when i clicked on my account, it says not subscribed, so stupidly i resubscribed (then checked my bank and EA have been taking £3.99 every month), I am now worried that you will try to take £3.99 x 2 each month. I do not receive my XP boost ever...I cannot open a support case, when i click new case, it takes me to the main game help page and around i go...

There is seemingly no way to contact EA, no chat, no email...how am i meant to get help here? Thanks

    @BrickTop1504  Try using this web link down below instead of their official EA help website to contact an EA advisor.

    Select the EA app (the orange box with the EA logo in the middle), select topic, select issue, and finally select contact option.

    Use the live chat option since it is much faster. If the live chat option is not available you need to change the topic and issue a bit until you get the live chat option.

    If you want to email them instead you can disregard what I said about the live chat option.

    Reply if you need any more help.

    Edit: the web link I posted before now redirects you to the official EA help website for some reason. I removed the link so ignore what I said above since it is outdated.
