Not getting full access to EA Play on PS5
Hi all, I wonder if someone can help me I have been a EA Play member for a few years on my PS5 and i recently noticed that when I go to view games on my EA Play Subscription on the PS5 i only have 3 games that come up (picture attached) I have gone to my PlayStation account and my EA Play subscription looks like its linked up and I have a paid membership until next year. So i am a bit confused as to why i am only seeing 3 games when i know there are a lot more, could someone help me please? I thought it was a glitch at first but this has been 3 days now. Every time the NFL madden 24 intro is over it tells me to sign back into my EA account that i installed it under, even though with my subscription had never signed me out and still can't access my saved data. So, having the same currently active account the EA servers that has internet connection still prompts me the same instructions
Can´t download games with EA play even though I have Xbox game pass
I currently have an xbox game pass pc subscription, where I should be able to get EA play, but when I try to download games it takes me to the EA app, but it only appears the options to buy the game or subscribe to EA play, even though I have the game pass and my Xbox account is properly linked to my EA account. My EA id is JMNRACER and I have already tried to unlink and then link the accounts again as well as signing out and then back in on both EA and Xbox.
EA Play Subscription on Playstation PS5 PRO not being linked to EA Account????
Hi, I have EA Play through Xbox Ultimate, but wasn't seeing any EA Play benefits transferring across on my Playstation. In the EA app both my Xbox and Playstation accounts are linked. I took out another EA Play subscription via Playstation, but the subscription is not being recognised via EA Play and I'm not receiving the free grifts/benefits in Battlefield 6! Hello I bought ea play thinking that I would get fc 26 as a download and it isn't so could I get a refund as I meant to buy fc26 and not ea play as it Is not available for download I bought it today and have downloaded the games but not fully and didn't play them so can I get a refund on my ea play thanks
