EA seems to be trying to force me to stay subbed to EAPLAY
Why is it impossible to unsubscribe from EAPlay and customer service is the most rubbish I have ever seen. I signed up for EAplay so I could check out Madden26 not I am trying to turn it off because I do not want it. Now I have tried every way imaginable to unsub. Through the app through the website all of it. The link in the app in the modify subscriptions is the closest one to working but it doesn't work either. It starts to go to the page where you can switch it ..it look like I see two squares start to appear then an ad page for EAplay pops up instead and there is no way to get rid of it and go to the page I need. No links nothing. Since this goes from app to the website when you start this process that means you can't just go to the website you are already there. So I go to help. NO chat with customer service anywhere. The "help" page either link to the same page that doesn't work or literally is an outdated link that goes no where. Finally I found the only way to speak with them is this outdated ticket system which I put one in on Thursday and I still have had no response. Oh now the help link and contact links don't even work. Anyone else having this problem? As this has gone on it has become more and more frustrating to the point once I figure this out I may never support or buy anything from EA again if I can avoid it. I accidentally subscribed to EA Play and paid for the subscription, and the intention was to subscribe to EA Play Pro, then I upgraded the subscription to EA Play Pro the day after with a promise to refund the amount for the EA Play subscription and I have not refunded the amount yet. Order Number: 1005360637027. The support agent informed me that I downloaded the EA Fc 25 game before I upgraded, which prevents me from getting a refund, so he advised me to post the problem on the forum in the hope that I can find an echo with the officials in order to get the refund. Just like this user registered 12 years ago mentioned here: ea play psn | EA Forums - 12472180 , me and a few friends from all around the world can also confirm that the recent campaign with the $0.99 / €0.99 etc. for a month's subscription was FAKE! Why are you deceiving people like this? We tried all possible methods on August 18 and 19 through the PlayStation (Store) website & through our PlayStation 4 consoles, but nothing worked! Prove that this was not Fake by bringing it back (for real this time) for at least a couple of days and stop giving us the same copy-paste answers with "please note that some offers are platform-specific and may vary depending on the store" or others similar to this.Battlefield 1 "expired" while I should own the standard edition
I want to play Battlefield 1 again but the game page is showing some sort of Expired button. The game should be available within the EA Play subscription (which I have via the XBOX Ultimate pass) and I might have bought it actually ~10 years ago. The game does show up under My games in my profile and the game page says "Standard edition owned".
EA Play Pro Issue
Hello, I purchased EA Play Pro thinking I can use it for Madden and BF6 on PC then play College Football on PS5 which seemed like a good deal. I went to download College Football on PS5 and it has come to attention EA Play Pro does not work like that? Is that accurate? Is there plans to change this or bring College Football to PC? If not, there is no point in purchasing Pro and this will be the last year I give EA any money. Thanks!EA Play PS5
I purchased EA Play for my PS5 I'm trying to purchase virtual currency for EA College Football 26 & I want to get it cheaper by using the EA Play tab & it keeps saying I need to purchase a Subscription. I already purchased the annual one two weeks ago. I go to my EA account & it says my EA Play account is active & my PSN account is linked why isn't it working?
