My fc27 on ea play pro doesnt work
I bought ea play pro but everytime i try to download fc27 it says Game ownership disabled or deleted. Ive not been banned and this is the only ea play pro game this happens on. Ive tried all troubleshooting methods i believe its a licensing issue because i downloaded fc27 lite. Ive deleted it since but this still happens ive seen other people on this forum have the same problem can someone help me out?
EA play pro annual membership renew problem
I tried to renew my EA Play Pro annual membership, but the transaction failed even though there was no issue with my card. I have added a new credit card for the renewal; please try to process the payment using this new card. I experienced the same issue last year as well, and my membership was successfully renewed. Could you please resolve this quickly?
EA Play FC 27 Trial Not Working on PS5
Hello! I'm honestly getting pretty frustrated with this issue and I'm hoping someone from EA can help me out. I subscribed to EA Play on my PS5 specifically to play the FC 27 trial before deciding whether to buy the full game, but I can't even install it. The weird thing is that everything else included with EA Play works perfectly fine. It's only the FC 27 trial that's giving me problems. I've tried pretty much every troubleshooting solution I could find, and nothing has worked. I also tried contacting PlayStation Support, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to get help. To make things even more confusing, I can't even download FC 27 Lite! I've attached two screenshots showing the errors I get when trying to install the trial and FC 27 Lite. I've been buying every FIFA/FC game since FIFA 09, but this year I decided to subscribe to EA Play so I could try the game before committing to buying it. I paid specifically for the trial, and now I'm stuck paying for a subscription while the main feature I wanted doesn't work. I've already spent so much time trying to fix this, and it's really frustrating to keep getting nowhere. I just want someone to properly look into this instead of giving me the same troubleshooting steps I've already tried. I'm also worried that my subscription will expire before this gets resolved, meaning I've paid for something I haven't even been able to use. Considering the circumstances, I'd like to request the full game, FC 27, as compensation. I understand that giving away the full game might not be possible, and I'm not expecting EA to automatically agree to that. However, if that's not an option, I still believe I should receive some form of compensation for this experience. I paid for EA Play specifically to access the trial, and I don't think it's fair to be left with nothing after all the time I've spent trying to resolve an issue that isn't getting fixed. I've supported the FIFA/FC series since FIFA 09, and I really hope EA can help sort this out fairly.
EA Play member - Not receiving CFB 27 Welcome or Ultimate Team Packs
I'm an EA Play member through XBOX Ultimate - I have not received my CFB 27 Welcome Pack or July Ultimate Team Pack. EA Sports College Football 27 Get ready for College Football 27 with an EA Play Welcome Pack starting July 2, and a College Football Ultimate Team Pack available until July 31. Is anyone else having this issue?
