EA Play Pro was cancelled without consent, now charging higher than promised.
I have an ongoing case about my EA Play Pro subscription that was cancelled without my consent. It says that it is waiting for me in the status section but it does not connect me to live support. I want to continue with my membreship with the said price. The emails that are sent to me are in the picture. One is belonging to year 2024, on that year, my subscription was succesful and I was a EA Play Pro member for the whole year, so don't mind that it says EA Play on the mails. You can check my membership status if possible to see I was a Pro member, and you can also see that I played FC 25 with it, which was not available to the regular EA Play members at the time. Plus, I already bought some FC Points because I thought that my membership would go on as promised. And I cannot connect to live chat to continue my case, so I am seeking help here. Please fix my issue so I can continue my membership as promised.
EA App Thinks I Don't Have EA Play Pro
When I go onto my account or look on the app it says I have EA Play Pro which I upgraded from EA Play to, but then when I go to download any EA Play Pro games or try access any EA Play Pro content it says this is unavailable and doesn't work for me. It is also still advertising the EA Play Pro subscription to me? Any fixes because this is painful...
XBOX Game Pass and paid EA PLAY
I recently purchased an EA Play subscription without realizing that my existing Xbox Game Pass membership already includes EA Play access. After the purchase, I noticed that the EA App displayed a warning message indicating that this payment could be canceled. However, I accidentally closed the notification before taking any action, and I was unable to proceed with the cancellation. How can I refund? Or can I refund?EA play only showing 3 games to download
I use EA play to play UFC and all of a sudden, it says my trial ran out even though the full game is included. Then, I go to the play list and see there are only 3 games available… can this please be resolved ASAP otherwise I’m essentially being robbed. I've recently purchased the Xbox Game Pass (essential) on PC. In theory it includes EA Play access. However, when I go to (for example) FC25 on the xbox app, the 'Install' button appears, as if I have access. Whenever I click on it, it opens the EA app, which then only shows the possibility of purchasing the game or purchasing the EA Play subscription. I've triad a myriad of things from searching the internet, including signing out of all accounts and restarting the apps, as well as unlinking my Xbox account and my EA account and then restarting my apps. I recently canceled my EA Play subscription, but I noticed that a payment was still charged to my card afterward. Currently, I’m away from my computer and only have access through my mobile device, so I wanted to report this issue here. Before canceling, I read the information about the 14-day refund policy applicable to Turkey, which states that if the subscription is canceled within 14 days without using any membership benefits, a full refund can be requested. Based on that, I proceeded with the cancellation. As shown in the attached screenshots: The first image displays the message about the 14-day refund right for Turkey. The second image confirms that my EA Play membership was successfully canceled. Therefore, I would like to kindly request a refund for the recent charge, as my cancellation should fall under the 14-day withdrawal period. I purchased the EA play pro subscription last night. It worked up until 4 o’clock this morning when I got off I just got home from work at 10:30 but to go play and it’s completely gone. It shows the game just installed, but it shows my membership is completely vanished and the money took out in my bank I don’t know what to do. I don’t get it. I just wanna play
EA Play Pro charged me but didn't activate my subscription.
I purchased EA Play Pro today on the website. EA charged me but has not activated my subscription. I see many other people are having this issue. I don't want to file a dispute, but I may have to. I've attached the receipt and a screenshot of my account management center.
