EA Play member - Not receiving CFB 27 Welcome or Ultimate Team Packs
I'm an EA Play member through XBOX Ultimate - I have not received my CFB 27 Welcome Pack or July Ultimate Team Pack. EA Sports College Football 27 Get ready for College Football 27 with an EA Play Welcome Pack starting July 2, and a College Football Ultimate Team Pack available until July 31. Is anyone else having this issue?

Order history completely gone
I´ve been using my account for several months and on 6 June 2026 I upgraded my EA Play monthly to EA Pla Pro yearly. Been playing EA FC 26 and EA F1 25/26 for a month and suddenly the EA Play Pro subscription is gone. Both my complete order history and preferred payment method is missing. I have permanently deleted the mail with the order details, but I can see the transaction on my credit card statement. Customer support is unwilling to help due to the lack of order number. Any ideas?

Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to formally request a solution regarding a purchase block and systemic support failures during the recent bundle sale. Due to my active EA Play subscription, I was completely blocked from purchasing the "Get to Work" expansion pack. I was never informed upon subscribing to EA Play that it would restrict me from purchasing individual or bundled packs. If the system had functioned correctly, I could have purchased the "Get to Work" pack for 11,000 KRW (approx. $8-9 USD). This final price was calculated by combining the 75% bundle sale discount, the 10% EA Play subscriber discount, and an additional promotional code discount. To resolve this during the sale period, I repeatedly attempted to contact EA Support via email and Live Chat. However, all my contact history and case logs were continuously deleted and wiped from my account. I even reached out via the EA Answers HQ Forums, but received no resolution before the sale ended. Upon researching this issue, I discovered that I am far from alone; numerous other users are currently experiencing the exact same technical glitch where EA Support connections fail and case history disappears. This proves that the inability to receive timely support was entirely due to a critical error within EA’s own customer service platform. My purchase history clearly shows that I bought other items during the recent bundle sale with the 75% discount. Because EA's system block and support failures prevented me from completing my full purchase, I strongly request that you allow me to purchase the "Get to Work" pack now at that same promotional discount price. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.

xbox game pass ultimate not giving FC26 or EA play
My EA account is linked to my xbox account which has gamepass ultimate and when i go to the EA app on my computer it only gives me the option to install the preview for FC 26. However, on the xbox app it shows that i can install the full version but when i do it only installs the preview. It is also not giving me my EA play subscription.

CFB 27 & EA Play Pro
Greetings, I've used EA Play Pro for a couple of years (it usually ends up paying for itself yearly since I roughly play enough of games on my PC to justify the price tag - it ends up coming out to about 2 games in pricetag, and Madden + something else can suffice). The upcoming release shows it drops on July 6th, which is fine, but the regular version of EA Play is able to access the trial starting on July 2nd. So, despite paying more for EA Play Pro, I'm just screwed out of the holiday weekend? At least if I paid less for regular EA Play I'd be able to access the game and then upgrade to pro on Monday.

i cant play apex for a while because my an unknown EA account linked to steam and google email.i cant log in my game from steam or ID name. my account was stolen a few weeks ago. its password and email address were changed. I can’t do anything. When I click the "contact us" section, I get the warning "Your session got ended". please help I added the email address that is stealing to the photo
