Hey @gleniu87 you can find all the info related to underage accounts here: https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/set-up-child-ea-account/
If an account is underage it will not be able to access the online aspects of certain games.

Apparently, "will not be able to access the online aspects of certain games" means he can't browse, install and play any single game from EA Play, even if he is in required age. You should make that information VERY VISIBLE to a person who creates a child account.

Hey @gleniu87 a child account should still be able to browse the store and app, I am testing it now and can see all the games and add them.
Have you ensured that you are logged in with the correct account?

I have this same problem. My son is 12 yrs old and I want to enable him to play a PC game (he has an XBox Game Pass). When clicking on the XBox Store to play the app, he is redirected to the EA App and gets a "404" error. He has no problems playing the EA game on the xbox, but it just won't work on the PC. I've attached screenshots on what we see on his computer.

Hey @petehauge an underage/child account will not be able to access the same games and features as an adult account.
You can find more info related to a child account and features that can cause issues like this: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/online-access-for-child-accounts/?mod=article_inline
