@Benjones264 HI, One of the typical problems is that the new Game Pass accounts are cheaper, people buy them and change them with those, then they take and in the Xbox application they put their normal account (the one they always use to play) this causes If it appears to you that you have a game pass but for services like EA or Riot, the solution is not easy. You disconnect from Xbox and start with the account that really has a game pass. You link it to the EA account, whether it is new or you unlink it. old and you link it again to the new xbox account when you enter xbox you search for the game and click on install and it will automatically open EA with the linked account and it should let you download later if you want to continue using your other account there is no problem The only requirement is that you have opened the game once so that related files are created later in the Xbox application through your normal account and it is already established. It should be noted that every time you want to install a game you will have to change accounts to the original one. I hope this solves your problem, it is an structural error due to the fact that the company challenge shows that it does not have a game pass but Xbox is really giving it to you, detecting that it has been purchased through another account.

2 years agoHey, folks
I am looking into any updates on this one but do not see any. Will update when I have more info on it. As of now, the following are steps that should help with the Game Pass and the EA app/EA account not linking:
- Close the EA app.
- Navigate to the Xbox app
- Go to settings (click your name in the top left corner)
- Select "extensions"
- Disable the extension for the EA App
- Locate the game you want to download on the Xbox app
- You'll notice that the install selection has now gone away and been replaced by an option asking you to "enable extension"
- Enable the EA app extension
- The Xbox app should then launch the EA app automatically
- Once you see the EA app open, you should now be allowed to select an SSD/HDD to install the game
