It's been 24 hours and i still didn't receive my fifa 23 EA PLAY rewards like the XP boost and the pack.. i contacted support via e-mail since the live chat support is broken and doesn't work lol. however they didn't reply. so i'm trying it here. anyone know what to do ?
Hello everyone,
I purchased EA Play on the EA App since that's where I have my FIFA 23 game, and I have yet to receive the rewards for my subscription.
The rewards on the website for FUT are: 3500 XP for Season 8 Futties, a Supercharge pack, a Hero Okocha Tifo Set.
How do I force it, since it is a purchase I made?
Also, it seems the support ticket system is broken, as soon as I create a new case for my issue, the system automatically marks it as "Waiting on player" as if I got a response and I'm supposed to respond back? (See attachment) Clicking on Resume Case does nothing whatsoever. It just reloads the page to where it was previously.
Please advise.
