Didn't Recieve any items from EA Play

I have been having the same problem with ea play subscription for more then a year now. I have subscription on steam mainly for Apex Legends rewards but didn't recieve it.Usually, i would go for EA h...

    I understand that must be frustrating, not getting the EA Play rewards.

    Unfortunately, we can't help with this type of issue here, so you would need to get in touch with EA Support.

    I see you already tried that and were running in some difficulties. Could you try another browser and clear your browser cache and try again?
