Do games get deleted after subscription expired?

Hi guys,

I had an eaplay subscription from steam for 79cents but it expired. Unfortunatelly i forgot and didn't delete Jedi Fallen order. After losing my access i cant find my game obviously, but i can't delete it either. Is it automatically deleted, or what is the process?

Hey @ManWolfBearPig if the game was installed on your HD then you should be able to see it. An EA Play membership ending won't change your installed files, the game will still be there you just won't be able to launch it. If the install is not showing then this would point to a system issue. Have you checked to see if you have hidden any folders or directories?

  • @ManWolfBearPig  The game should not be automatically deleted.  If uninstalling through the Windows Control Panel doesn't work or isn't thorough enough for your taste, you can use a tool like Revo Uninstaller instead.

Hey @ManWolfBearPig if you have the game installed then it should still be on your system.

Have you checked your install folder for EA or Steam games to see if it is there?

@puzzlezaddict Thank for the help, but even the Revo can't find it, but i'm really sure i didn't delete the game myself.

@EA_Darko the installation folder is empty, but the support said in the meantime:

Hey @ManWolfBearPig, games will be disabled so no longer playable but won't uninstall by themselves.

If you check your hard drive space do you think it shows space being used by the game?

No need to apologise @ManWolfBearPig, if you think that it may still be there then I am happy to help get to the bottom of it.

It can happen that you may uninstall something and forget and that most likely seems to be the case here. If it turns out that it is not do let me know.
