|Does anyone know why this is happening
Why when i have ea play pro and i want to download or even add fc27 to my libary i get told either im not eligible to play this game or when i download it i get told i dont own the game.

Nah, I've spent roughly 6 hours on customer support and got every different excuse in the book. At one point some guy started telling me that I was underage for a game and his evidence was a US law for under 13's. I am not underage for any game nor close to 13.
