EA Play Pro Refund - Unable to Contact Support

Question

Hi,I accidentally purchased EA Play Pro today because I thought I could use it to play EA SPORTS FC on my PS5. I realized immediately that EA Play Pro is PC-only.I have not downloaded, launched, or used any games or membership benefits.The Refund Tool does not show my subscription, and EA Help does not allow me to contact a live advisor for this issue.I would like to cancel my unused membership and request a full refund. Could an EA representative please help me?Thank you.

What is the issue to contact live support, at what step are you stuck exactly?

Hi, i cannot pass through this and cantact with a real person.

Ok, don't hesitate then to change the contact options. If you pick options related to account issues, it should let you contact an advisor. Don't worry, you'll be able to explain your issue when you get in touch with someone.
