Double payment
Hello, I made a double payment, but I can't even get a refund. Also, I can't even connect to the customer center.
I followed the refund procedure, but I can't get a refund, and it only takes unlimited loading, but there's no way.

It looks like they tried to double charge me as well definitely did not try and buy it twice, it's like it isn't taking sales tax into account on the initial purchase so it doubles down.
