"Downgrading" a game before it leaves EA Play Pro
Madden 19 is leaving EA play Pro. I had Madden 19 installed before I bought the EA play Pro. After I bought the EA play Pro I was able to upgrade the game to an Ultimate edition. My question is how do I "downgrade" my game back to the basic state so I don't lose it after it leaves the store?
@Azh314 Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Madden 19 icon, and select Uninstall. You should see a few different options, including one to revert the game to the previous version, i.e. the copy you bought outright. Try doing that. You'll know it worked if you're missing content from the ultimate edition.
If the option to revert the game isn't there, EA customer support should be able to do it for you, either now or after the ultimate edition is removed from EA Play.
