Hi all I tried to get some help from EA but without any success. On help pages I find only option for call and for live chat. Call is not option for me so I chose live chat. After more than a few tr...

    Hey @sCervar you can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat, email or request a call back.

@EA_Darko OK. But how long waiting for respond is "normal"? Few minutes? Few hours? I waited long enough but no respond at all...

This is realy waste of time. Game is piece (fifa) of crap... but worse of that is ea support. Paying money for game or supscription is simple robbery...
