EA app does not know me as an EA Play Pro account!!!

Hey all,

One morning when I opened the EA app, it did not recognize me as an EA Play Pro account! All of my games were gone and could not take them back by clearing cache or unhide something! EA official help is the worst! Four different agents pass me to one another but cannot even solve this problem! I had Fifa 23 and the new NFS games and wanted to add FC24 but that happened! 

I lost hope on the agents, but if any of you is aware of how I can solve the issue, please reply to this topic.

    After I finished the 10 hours with ea play I bought ea play pro and from what I understand in Belgium you can't have ea play pro, I'll wait until tomorrow to see if it works, if not I'll buy the game

    I have ea play pro but I can't play, it says to buy the game and wait until Sep 29

    @AleCldEHave you synchronized your PC's time and date with the internet? You can check this from the Control Panel.

    Also, have you activated the game in any other version before getting the EA Play Pro membership?
