Their servers must be down. All Gamepass games are affected

and the support guy here is asking question like there is nothing going on, their end:
"Hey @kubekeczek22,
If you have EA Play, the games won't just automatically show up in your library. If you search for the games on the play list in the store, do you see them pop up then?"
Stop Gaslighting your consumers, before finding out from your tech department if there is indeed an issue.
Frustrates the hell out of me, when support gives the worst troubleshooting steps, when clearly there is a wider issue here.
