EA Desktop (beta) app auto-initiating and crashing upon startup!

Thank you for the reply. For the time being I was able to fix this problem by completely removing the app from my PC and reinstalling it. This, however, wasn't as easy as it sounds, because there are also problems when it comes to uninstalling the app. Mainly, if you try to uninstall it through windows, it'll try to open the launcher and just pop up the same error message. If you simply delete the EA play folder and download the client again, the PC will think the app is still installed and try to open it, which pops up yet another error message saying that there are missing files. In order to completely remove the app to be able to install it again, I had to download a specific software made for removing apps.

To remove the app, I followed the instructions provided on the second page of the thread by the user FerhanDn. Afterwards I simply downloaded the client from EA's website and installed it normally and the problem was fixed. 

This is all in case anyone runs into the same problem. For now, I also hope that this information can help the people at EA to figure out what the problem is and fix it promptly.
