EA PLAY code not redeemable

Hello Threre,

I purchased a redeemable code for EA PLAY from a company called "WISH"

and this code is not working, it says this code is not valid in your country....although its a USA code and my account's region is USA also...

Please Help,

Your code has the right number of digits or it wouldn't generate the message about not being valid for your region. They will need to help with this. I'm very sorry, we're not able to assist with code issues from 3rd parties.

Hi there. We're not able to help with codes purchased from 3rd party companies. Please contact the retailer it was purchased from to see if they can assist. It sounds like they gave you a code for the wrong region.

I want to know atleast if they are scamming me..

is there any code for EA PLAY that is made of 10 digits ?
or it has to be more?
