EA Desktop says account is already linked when it isn't
Hi, i've got 2 EA accounts and both of them were linked to separate Xbox accounts. I went ahead and unlinked both of them from their respective Xbox accounts because i wanted to switch the accounts they were linked to, I restarted my PC and went to the gamepass app to start downloading an EA Play game to link my account but it then said the account is already linked when it really isn't.

If you are running into issues with linking or unlinking other accounts to your EA Account, I would recommend checking out our help article below. In order to link/unlink a connected account, you will need to be able to login into your EA Account Portal and can see the connected accounts under the "connections" tab.
Please be aware there are permanent changes that occur when you link or unlink an account, which is further described in the links below.
