Ea log in console

I created my sons PSN account and i cannot log him onto Apex. It asks if i am the parent and asks me to log in to my EA account and then just says "unable to log in." I know my password and username but dont understand why it wont accept my log in. Help!

    Hey @KingRasta222 is the account underage, if so then it will not be able to access online games like APEX.
