I bought my membership last year for an affordable fee. I forgot to cancel my annual EA play membership and 1499.99 Turkish Lira was withdrawn from my card. According to inflation and conditions in Turkey, this fee is too much and no student like me can afford this fee. They asked me to contact the EA game consultant for help, I contacted, but there was not even any response to my case. For 1 week I have been dealing with the refund of this. When I cancelled my membership, it was written that I would get a refund if I did not use it within 14 days. I request a refund of this fee.

Our support team is the best point of contact for any billing/refund requests on PC, as we can't process them through Answers HQ. Generally, though, memberships and subscriptions aren't refundable. Please see our EA help guide: 'How to get a refund for EA games' as it shares:
