Hi @EA_Darko, I've already contacted their support and they told me that as EA has accepted the code inserted there's nothing that they can do about it. As you can see from the screenshot below, the code has been succesfully redeemed by your side and should work until the 6th september 2023.
In the connection you can see that the Xbox account is connected:
