EA play account not linking to Xbox
Yesterday I tried to redeem an ea play code, and it shows in mi EA account, but despite having the Xbox account correctly linked it's not working on my console. What should I do?

Hi @EA_Darko, I've already contacted their support and they told me that as EA has accepted the code inserted there's nothing that they can do about it. As you can see from the screenshot below, the code has been succesfully redeemed by your side and should work until the 6th september 2023.
In the connection you can see that the Xbox account is connected:

Community ManagerHey @cer_cer77 our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.
For any other issues related to the code you will need to speak with the retailer.
