Ea play and steam

I have xbox gamepass which has ea play included and i played quite a bit on there. Now that steam has sales, i bought unbound and wanted to continue playing from there because all my games are there and it tells what i am playing to my friends. I did some races and when i got to some race i see that i don't have my race-ready car in a class. Closed the game and opened again to check and found out it says "subscribe to ea play" even though in ea app it says i am an ea play member. It wants me to be an ea play member on steam too. Why is that a thing? Is there a way to solve this?

  • HI @Shichibukai0 To confirm the EA Play subscription is a platform and client-specific subscription as some benefits and tiers are only available on certain platforms.

If you are currently subscribed via Games pass or on the EA Play app, Steam will not detect these subscriptions.

If there is a game you want to play or a benefit you want to use, you will need to do so on the client you are subscribed to.

    Thanks!
