EA Play app error PS4

Hey @AndyBBangor let's start by trying the following steps:
Restart your console:
Make sure your game software is up to date:
Make sure your PS4's system software has the most recent update:
Clear your PS4's cache:
The PlayStation 4 doesn't actually have a cache to clear. That said: It never hurts to power down/power up your console if you're encountering performance issues in the console.
Uninstall/reinstall your game:
Reinstall the original hard drive:
If none of these steps have helped, you should reach out to PlayStation Support.

I have already undertaken all those troubleshooting processes and have done so once again but same problem exists.
I have contacted Playstation Support to investigate the issue and check any possible issue with PSN ID being tied with my EA Play account.
In the mean time can you please check if my EA Play membership is showing as tied to my PSN ID?
